A Unique Educational Institution

St. Narsai Assyrian Christian College, was established in 2006, is a year K-12 co-educational Christian independent College of the Holy Apostolic Catholic Assyrian Church of the East.

Our Mission

We provide students of any background a unique education based on 21st century pedagogy in order to equip them with necessary skills so that they will be active Australian citizens, reflecting the faith, heritage, language and culture of the Assyrian Church of the East.

Our Vision

We foster the heritage and Christian values of the Assyrian Church of the East, developing individuals who strive for excellence, are life-long learners, and live their faith.

Our College Crest

The College Crest encapsulates the school’s foundational beliefs and core values. At the crest’s head sits the sun, symbolising the East. The phrase “Yah Alaha “ symbolises the Holy Trinity.

An open Holy Bible is depicted with a harp on one side and a dove on the other, illustrating that the Bible and its teachings are central to college life. The harp and dove represent our Patron Saint, St Narsai, who was affectionately known as “The Harp of the Spirit” for his faithful Christian writings.

The cross at the centre of the crest signifies that the College is founded upon and centered around the teachings of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

The College motto, “In Him We Grow” emphasises that spiritual growth and development are rooted in faith in Christ, encouraging students to deepen their relationship with God as they grow intellectually, morally, and spiritually.

The College values—Excellence, Christian Values, and Commitment— instils in our community the importance of striving for excellence in all aspects of life, reflecting Christian values in actions, manners, and quality of life, and demonstrating commitment to persevere through the challenges of college life. These values guide our students to mature into successful adults who carry these foundational traits throughout their lives.
